Meet Milton Spivack - MSN, FNP-BC
Milton is a native Philadelphian. He Graduated from the University of Delaware in 1988, Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1994, Eastern College in 1998, and is an MSN FNP graduate from the University of Phoenix. He Started his nursing career working at our nation’s first hospital, Pennsylvania Hospital, and then spent many years working in the Cardio-Thoracic Surgical Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania.
Milton has a passion for geriatric primary care and believes patients obtain the best results when they have input into their treatment plan. Milton is well versed in the latest evidence based practice guidelines and research validated practice standards. Milton is a member of the American Nurses Association, Arizona Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and was recently elected to be the Community Service Chairman of the Arizona Advanced Practice/Nurse Practitioner Society.
Meet Sharon Morgan – DNP, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC
Sharon has dual certifications as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She is employed at Banner University of Arizona Medical Center in cardiology. She is also lead faculty at the University of Phoenix in the Nurse Practitioner program. She graduated from Pima Community College in 1988 with an ADN. She completed her BSN through University of Phoenix in 1994, MSN/FNP in 2007 at the University of Phoenix, Gerontology acute care nurse practitioner in 2014 from University of Arizona, and her DNP from Frontier University in 2017.
Meet Sharan Wieberdink – BSN, FNP-BC
Sharan is a Wisconsin native, but has lived in Arizona since 1999. She is a Master’s level graduate from The University of Phoenix. Her experience spans 34 years starting at the LPN level in 1984, receiving a Bachelor’s degree through Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. She received her Master’s degree with FNP through University of Phoenix in February 2016. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Southern Arizona Nurse Practitioner Association.
She has a wide range of experience including a Rural Health clinic, Public Health nursing on 2 different reservations, managing the home care needs of Southern Arizona VA Vets, as an Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled care facility, and Geriatric Psych, as well as over 10 year’s nursing home experience. Her background in many different areas of nursing provides a well-rounded and practical approach to patients living with diseases and disorders and a particular appreciation for the Geriatric patient. Her patients appreciate her warmth and caring, as well as her cheerful smile.
In her spare time, Sharan loves to cook, sew, garden and play with her grandchildren, but also likes to remodel homes and is proficient at painting and tiling. She and her husband have 3 grown children and 10 grandchildren.
Meet Kinda Roads – MSN, FNP-C
Kindra was born in Texas and finished high school here in Tucson where she has lived ever since. She attended the University of Arizona and graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2007. Kindra worked in the Emergency Department at St. Joseph's hospital for 8 years. She graduated from the University of Phoenix MSN/FNP program in 2015 and began working in the community as a nurse practitioner. She joined the SW Geriatrics team in November of 2018. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family/friends and traveling.
